Must be dependable with consistent work history. Must have open mind, be teachable and have experience working in a large kitchen.

Responsibilities:
· Purchasing food and supplies from approved venders
· Monitor inventories
· Help develop menus and specials
· train, supervise kitchen staff
· Maintain sanitary kitchen using applicable local food code
· Assist kitchen staff with food prep and recipe creations
· Run meal service when Chef is out of the kitchen
· Prep and maintain modified food menus
· ServSafe certified or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
