Keysight is looking for two to three college students who has a passion for and savvy of emerging changes in the world of technology. As a support technician you will be helping Keysight employees in adopting our vastly changing productivity platforms by providing hands-on, face-to-face training and problem solving with everything from iPhones to laptops. This role primarily focuses on software applications and helping users gain knowledge about how to better use our internal resources and platforms including Microsoft Office 365 cloud, Success Factors, Comaround (Knowledge Management), Concur, etc. as well as be able to fix issues when things don't go so smoothly.

This job is an IT entry level part-time job-sharing program with one to two other people that is planned to continue through the school year. While initially this job may be a "work from home" situation, the expectation is that these Interns would be able to work onsite in Santa Rosa CA once our company returns to normal business. This position will give you an opportunity to work with and grow your technology expertise working in alongside top Technology engineers before you graduate.

* Good communication and listening skills.

* Understanding of different hardware and software platforms from iOS to Android, Windows, and Mac OS.

* Knowledgeable about the Microsoft environment on both Mobile and PC platforms.

* Excellent people skills, able to articulate your knowledge and experience to users for best practices, tips, tricks, and insights.

* Audio visual experience (Bluetooth, audio settings in the operating system, headsets, soft phone services, etc.)

* Experience with collaboration platforms (Skype for Business, Teams, Zoom, etc.)

* Knowledge and experience using Microsoft and Mac command line interfaces.

* General understanding of Microsoft ActiveSync and Active Directory Architecture.

Currently enrolled in college with aCS or CE major.
