About the Position:
A Sr. Launch Program Manager orchestrates the entire organization in preparation of a release and launch of a new product or organizational program. The leadership of the Launch Manager will ensure the cross-functional team of representatives across the entire Mimecast organization stay focused on the strategic goals and requirements. Overall, they are responsible for the preparations, impacts, and risks to ensure Mimecast is ready to deliver the Solution, while ensuring our overall ability to Sell, Service and Support the customer through the entire experience. This is achieved by understanding what the functional area requirements are for the program, understanding organizational dependencies between functional groups, as well as anticipating and accessing risks of the program. For every one of these items, the Launch Manager must understand the impacts to the functional areas, as well as on the entire organization.
