As an R&D software intern, you will have an opportunity to learn from the world's leading experts in RF/uW test and use your programming and problem-solving skills in creating real solutions for critical measurement needs. You will work closely with an experienced R&D team on active projects. The assignments will allow you to work in a cross-functional team that is developing our newest products. As an Intern, you will apply your coursework to a focused hands-on project. At the same time, you will gain and apply knowledge about Keysight's products and technologies in your assignment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop & deliver new software features for one of Keysight's flagship RF/uW test platforms.


• Build and maintain close relationships with Marketing, R&D Hardware Engineers, R&D Software engineers, QA, and Production teams


• Assist in the creation of the theory of operation documentation for your design

Job Qualifications:

• Must have at least 3+ years of experience designing and writing object-oriented software.


• Must have 2+ years of experience with C++ and/or C# programing languages


• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio development environment is a plus


• Excellent English - written and oral communications skills.


• Experience operating and programming RF and microwave test equipment is a plus


• Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly


• Excellent teamwork skills, commitment to the task, creativity in problem-solving


• Work collaboratively to solve difficult technical problems


• Background in Electrical/Electronic Engineering concepts is highly desired


• Candidates must have completed at least their junior year or be in the process of completing their junior year in a CS/EE/Physics/Math (or a combination of) program in university.


• Currently enrolled in college with a major inElectrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
