We are looking for a motivated and bright individual like you to fulfill a Quant Research Analyst role within our dynamic environment. We are looking to showcase your success through initiative, ownership, analysis, communication and teamwork. Your Impact:


  • Conduct quantitative research into areas related to alpha generation, risk management and portfolio construction

  • Evaluate and work with new data sources and analytic packages

  • Assist with ongoing enhancements to the research platform

  • Support the implementation of research into production processes

  • Periodically monitor academic and industry research

  • Prepare materials and conduct presentations to internal and external stakeholders

  • Support portfolio managers with ad hoc analysis / requests
     

Your Required Skills:


  • A bachelors or advanced degree in finance/economics or STEM field.

  • Programming experience in Python and/or R is required.

  • Practical experience working with regression, cross sectional analysis, time series modeling and other empirical research techniques.

  • Experience managing and analyzing large data sets is preferred.

  • The ability to evaluate and summarize academic research in fields such as finance and accounting.

  • Proven ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.

  • Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and problem-solving capability

  • Strong interest in global financial markets.
