We are the Monetization & Engagement team under Lisa Crowder, for the My AT&T app

About the Job

We need a Product Manager to drive various user-engagement roadmaps across AT&T’s primary digital touchpoints such as att.com and the myAT&T app.

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View

Strategic Research

Roadmap development

Lead Scrum

Launch Management

Drive customer adoption

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration.  MBA a plus

Experience developing technical solutions and managing stakeholders

Comfortable with ambiguity and quickly changing business priorities

Strong written communication and presentation skills

3 years of Product Management experience in the consumer-facing digital experiences for leading brands. 

5-8+ years of digital media, eCommerce, or other related digital publishing experience

Product Management experience in the consumer-facing digital experiences for leading brands.

Demonstrated strategic/analytical thinker who is comfortable defining, tracking, and managing towards KPIs

Demonstrated success in end-to-end product or channel management experience, from discovery through execution

Knowledge of user engagement and adoption strategies are desired. Familiarity with content strategy, or content marketing is a plus.

Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations

Experience using business analysis to identify and define product features

Expertise with Agile development methodology
