Job Description:

The Account Executive (AE), Operations, Intelligent In-Store Solutions is responsible for assisting the Account Manager (AM), Operations, Intelligent In-Store Solutions (and other Intelligent In-Store Solutions team members) in the execution of Intelligent In-Store Signage programs, ensuring the smooth delivery of program objectives. The Account Executive helps manage day-to-day activities, including building creative decks, Production Orders, and reporting decks for client review, managing monthly in-store competitive analyses, and reviewing creative proofs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 


  • Build and manage event-specific creative decks, including creative mockups provided by CPG clients and program objectives and details, to be shared with retailer contacts for review and approval


  • Review and audit creative proofs provided by the printer for accuracy


  • Build and manage final Production Orders, including signage creative and placement instructions, to be shared with CPG clients for review and approval


  • Build and update post-program reporting deck templates


  • Manage and track monthly in-store competitive analyses, including photo organization and data entry


  • Manage and track seller addresses to be used for monthly sample signage shipments


  • Call/visit retailer locations as needed to assess future in-store signage capabilities and audit/photograph current in-store signage to be used in reporting decks


 

QUALIFICATIONS
 



  • Experience



    • 1-2 years relevant work or internship experience (agency, CPG/shopper marketing, sales)


    • Understanding of the retail landscape and CPG manufacturers/brands


    • Understanding of Google Workspace (Gmail, Chat, Drive, Calendar, Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
       





  • Education


    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
       




  • Key Competencies



    • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and time management


    • Self-starter with a desire to learn quickly and take initiative with a positive attitude


    • Communicate (written and verbal) effectively and efficiently with internal team members


    • Team player willing to assist with cross-department needs and requests




Job Qualifications

            Experience:


  • At least 1-3 years of applicable work experience (agency, CPG marketing, sales, consulting)

  • Have a good knowledge of principles of SEO

  • Preferred:

    • Public relations, Marketing, Sales, or Community Management experience

    • Wal-Mart or CPG experience

    • Shopper Marketing experience



            Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications or related field

            Other:


  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Great attitude and ability to be flexible and entrepreneurial

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios

  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships

  • Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary

  • Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly

  • Comfortable working in a startup environment where you are responsible for identifying and implementing processes, systems and best practices
