WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Our Body Shop Managers are responsible for leading the activities of body shop team members, including meeting schedules and productivity levels while maintaining the highest quality standards. Their goal is to increase the volume of work, gross profit, and maintain guest satisfaction through accurate estimates on body repairs and ensuring the vehicle is fixed correctly the first time.

WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?

• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience and three years of experience in the
  automotive environment or related field.


• Minimum of six months experience as an estimator or insurance adjuster.


• A thorough insight into automotive systems and repair techniques (manufacturing,
  paint finishes).


• Eagerness to learn
