You independently operate and maintain at leas one process or equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.

How you will contribute

You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. You will operate and maintains equipment to meet our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will execute all standard work processes using AM and PM (progressive maintenance standards). In this role, you will ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will take an active role in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis and breakdown elimination.

  • Understanding of total productive maintenance tools and methodologies a distinct advantage

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (include but are not limited to) 

•    Performs CBM/TBM program setup as required
•    Collect, analyzes, and reports on technology data
•    Responsible for communicating CBM/TBM deliverables to Maintenance Leadership
•    Responsible for sending CBM/TBM data, and communicating with a 3rd party for analysis, and reporting
•    Will use MS Office software for data collection, and reporting
•    Will use the SAP Maintenance function, and become fluent in the use of SAP 
•    Responsible for reporting urgent repairs required that were observed in the performance of duties
•    Facilitates FMECA/ RCA/ BDA Teams
•    Performs and develops preventative maintenance inspections
•    Performs equipment lubrication, and oil analysis procedure 
•    Performs electrical non-contact inspections on energized equipment, & enclosures after qualification. 
•    Performs ultrasonic analysis for rotary component inspections and air leak identification.
•    Performs vibration analysis and supports the rollout and implementation of VBA.
•    Completes detailed component inspections to support root cause analysis.
•    Supports mechanical repairs and component disassembly as needed.
•    Attends training on CBM/TBM tools, and associated technologies and maintains certifications as required.
•    Assist in training CBM/TBM technologies and mentoring colleagues new to CBM/TBM
•    Assumes responsibility for safe work practices in the performance of duties, including training in Electrical Safe Work Practices. Assumes responsibility for following GMP, & HAACP guidelines in the performance of duties

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
•    High School Diploma or Equivalent 
•    5 year’s maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing setting
•    Computer proficiency (MS, WORD, Excel Maintenance Planning Software)
•    Excellent communication (verbal & written)
•    Excellent planning and time management skills
•    Available to work flexible hours and days as needed to support the business
•    Cross functional knowledge and awareness 
•    Experience with TPM, 5s, and Lean 6 tools and concepts
•    Organized individual capable of maintaining and archiving CBM data files.
•    Willing to travel for training, certifications will be required.
•    Possess solid analytical & problem solving abilities.
•    Self-starter and proficient at working unsupervised.
•    Mechanical Aptitude – Ability to complete mechanical repairs and learn mechanical techniques.
