Job Responsibilities

This position is part of Lam's Manufacturing Engineering group which oversees the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for new and existing products.

Job Duties:

• Manage key Manufacturing Engineering (MFE) programs that support product and process improvements driven by the MFE team
• Drive an accountability system within your project team to manage resources, budget, and timelines to ensure projects are executed within agreed upon metrics
• Present status of projects to the site leadership teams communicating challenges, wins, and next steps

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Five+ years' project or program management
• Experience creating project plans from initiation to implementation, showing priorities and critical paths to project and leadership teams
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex or multi-faceted deliverables
• Ability to drive multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with MS Project and PowerPoint
• Post-COVID, must be willing and able to travel up to 5% annually (domestic and international)
• Must be willing and able to initially work ½ time onsite and ½ time remote, then post-COVID full time onsite.

Success in this role also requires the ability to communicate (written and verbal) with influence and tact to various levels of the organization.

Education and experience beneficial for this role include PMP certification; familiarity with Power BI; experience in capital equipment manufacturing; and experience in leading projects with global teams.
