Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

• Working towards a BS in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing engineering. Alternately, working towards a BS in Facility Management.
• Review facilities infrastructure systems equipment and operation. Rate criticality and identify redundancy gaps.
• Confirm OEM maintenance schedules and align with Lam's Preventive Maintenance system
• Develop and Improve critical spare parts catalog for Tualatin Facilities Operations
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to input equipment information
• Review Cleanroom particle sampling reports to ensure the cleanroom meets or exceeds designated class assignment (with system engineer). Evaluate critical system specifications and range for alarms to ensure control limits are established and linked to the appropriate level of alarms.
• Work with onsite Engineering and Operations staff to understand all aspects of Manufacturing Assembly Cleanroom Operations and Support activities
• Work with onsite Engineering and Operations staff to understand all aspects of Research and Development Cleanroom and Lab Operations and Support activities

• Strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to successfully interact with internal customers and stakeholders
• Familiarity with CMMS and Building Automation systems
• Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Excel. BlueBeam and Power BI knowledge a plus.
