Administrative Assistant - TRAVEL TEAM at Hospital Housekeeping Systems LLC in Richmond, Virginia

Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant supports the HTM Director, helping to ensure the HTM teams are meeting HHS's expectations and standards for reliability centered maintenance. Additionally, the assistant director helps monitor the operating budgets, employee payroll, parts ordering, and equipment management software. Serves as a liaison between the clinical engineering and its internal/external customers.

This position reports to the Director. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:


  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, accrediting agencies, OSHA, and industry regulatory agencies.

  • Enter data into computerized maintenance systems, spreadsheets, and systems used within the department.

  • Create spreadsheets to track or maintain department information , statistical data and information.

  • Parts ordering and reconciliation.

  • Recruit, interview and hire new team members.

  • Monitor and maintain supplies and equipment .

  • Collaborate with hospital administration and other departments to provide world class service.

  • Provide assistance with special events and/or projects as requested.
