ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains a professional image and demeanor at all times consistently demonstrating Credit Union RISE Values and adhering to the Code of Ethics. Delivers friendly, caring service to internal and external members.
Supports the Mortgage Services management with various administrative functions including, but not limited to; coordinating and maintaining their schedules, making travel arrangements, processing expense reports, monitoring inventory for area, answering phones, distributing mail, and directing incoming calls and visitors to the area.
Coordinates a variety of meetings and events; prepares all materials, secures location, organizes catering and provides further assistance as needed.
Assists with special projects, performing research and compiling data as necessary.
Prepares clear, accurate, and thorough correspondence, reports and other written materials.
Complies with all applicable regulatory requirements and Credit Union policies and procedures.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High school diploma
Prior administrative or clerical experience
