The Regional Hospital Laboratory Director reports to the VP of Operations, supervises 2 managers, and will oversee a large team of 75+.
As the Regional Hospital Laboratory Director, this motivated individual will provide leadership to a team of licensed Medical Technologists, phlebotomists, and other laboratory staff. Communication with other department directors, physicians, and visitors will be important for maintaining high patient-satisfaction and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. Prior leadership experience in the acute-care setting will contribute to the Regional Hospital Laboratory Director success as well as the ability to train, schedule, budget, and maintain department performance improvement standards.
