Job Description:

As a Strategy Associate you will help develop and supply adhoc reporting, ongoing executive level management reporting, and data analytics. You will also be required to assist with UAT testing for Servicing intiatives in our loan servicing platform, online chase.com platform, and Aurora. This position represents an excellent opportunity for you to:

• Define and deconstruct problems
• Structure and build quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses
• Analyze operational and financial data
• Work collaboratively with team members across lines of business (LOBs)
• Identify implications and "so whats" of data and analysis within the projects
• Contribute to concise communication materials for senior management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial loan servicing experience
• Intermediate SQL knowledge and experience required
• McCracken Strategy Experience a plus
• Intermediate MS Access, Excel, and PowerPoint experience required
• Ability to create presentable senior level reporting with little guidance or direction given
• Diverse problem solving experience related to system errors, UAT testing, and projects
• An outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), and work well in cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills - and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way, and achieve goals without direct control over resources
• Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers
