Physical Therapist 
30 - 40 hr/week position

The qualified candidate should be an energetic team player who shares our values of honesty, integrity and professionalism. The caseload at this 120-bed, 24 hour post-acute healthcare center is diverse, with orthopedic, neurologic and medically complex patients many of which return home upon discharge.
