We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead, manage, and support the Business Solutions Team (BeST) operation in the Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex.This is a newly created position and the person that is chosen for the job, will have the ability to make a positive impact on our community, the lives of the people that we hire, and contribute to the expansion of the firms diversity and inclusion efforts to utilize the talents of the Neurodiverse Community.

We are seeking a leader with a proven track record in managing operations, leading teams and is an inclusive leader who has experience working with people with intellectual disabilities. This leader will work across all JPMC lines of businesses; supporting the BeST Shared Service Operation located in the Fort Worth Corporate Center. The leader will be responsible for day to day operations, process design and implementation, quality and timelines of work, development and support of our team members, and internal and external client relationships and accountability. The leader we are seeking will support the continued development of the operation in DFW as the vanguard for the firm wide expansion; and must be able to compel the programs objectives through positive influence, executive presence, and a vested interest in our mission. Core Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the daily operations, quality and timeliness of work
  • Responsible for employee the development, coaching and support of employees and team moral
  • Collaborate with internal business leaders to further refine processes and deliverables for a neurodiverse work force
  • Define and develop reporting metrics to measure progress
  • Develop procedures and job aides to facilitate the work
  • Develop appropriate control environment to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of work
  • Communicate effectively with senior management via multiple channels

  • Financial Services Operational experience including process design and procedural documentation and capacity and gearing modeling
  • Experience in building sound control and regulatory compliance environment Driven, enthusiastic and positive \"can-do\" attitude

Qualifications

  • Bachelors' degree and/or 3+ years of relevant work experience (Training, Operations Management, Social Work experience) in a Leadership role
  • Understanding of and/or experience in managing an inclusive/diverse work force
  • Applied understanding of operations fundamentals to include coaching, process design, supply chain, quality control, metrics etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
