Job Description:

Senior Contact Center Engineer for LPL Financial LLC in Fort Mill, SC to design & develop multi-location Contact Center solutions supporting investment banking & brokerage services. Design dial plan manipulations as per E.164 and North America Numbering plan. Analyze requirements for advance service products: voice biometrics, AI, chat bots. Req: MS in CS, Engg, Info Sys, IT or rel. (or foreign equiv.) + 3 yrs exp managing LAN & WAN for contact centers incl Avaya Switches, or BS + 5 yrs exp. Must also possess expertise performing digital signal processing, real time transcoding, compression, modulation, fiber optics transmission using VoIP gateways, SBC, audio codecs, protocols, incl. H.323, SIP, WebRTC, SS7, MGCP; performing disaster recovery via WAN; CDR reporting, Modular Messaging using UUI, UCID, ECHI, VDN, Extension, Hunt Groups, metadata. Submit resume to E.
