Why Lytx:

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager who is a hands-on professional passionate about sales process optimization, deriving insights from analysis, creative storytelling and timely actions. The Sales Operations Manager is part operator and analyst -- identifying, developing, managing and monitoring the defined requirements to create efficiencies in the sales process. By working closely with the Sales Operations Team and other cross functional teams, this individual will determine Key Performance Indicators, analyze current utilization and sales trends to develop sales operations strategy to accelerate the success of the commercial sales team. You'll Get To:

• Oversee the technical aspects of key systems used in the sales lifecycle; optimize the technology and processes sales teams use to drive booked sales.
• Effectively manage performance of your team by providing guidance, support and direction to ensure motivation and engagement of the Sales operations team through utilization of talent management and rewards & recognition programs.
• Hold regular reviews with sales leadership and marketing operations to ensure lead-to-sale visibility and solicit feedback for future improvements to the process, report on performance, and drive cross-functional collaboration between teams.
• Manage the operations and reporting team function within Sales Operations, with a highly technical approach around analytics, with an emphasis on driving process improvements and automation opportunities to scale our growing business.
• Identify, develop, manage and monitor defined project requirements to create sales process efficiencies
• Keep pace with new data analysis, sales operations trends and latest industry developments.
• Contribute to the annual sales operations planning process, including establishing KPIs to support top line targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• 10+ years of sales operations, or related experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading a high performing team and coaching them to achieve their own career goals

• Must have strong project management skills and be highly organized.
• Demonstrable experience scaling sales operations infrastructure for hyper-growth B2B organizations.
• Ability to identify opportunities to maximize the sales process, capture and document requirements from multiple stakeholders and develop a prioritized plan to implement.
• Solid understanding of sales analytics, including reporting on pipeline health, forecasting, sales effectiveness and data-quality metrics.
• Hands-on sales technology stack experience; preferably Salesforce, Outreach and Gong.
• Proven track record of inheriting and improving existing technologies and implementing new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and public speaking.
