Job Description

Reporting to a FAST Senior Executive, this opportunity will be focused on driving implementation efforts on both the business and technical side in a highly configurable Agile environment. The incumbent will be called upon to hold the key customer relationship with nationally recognized financial services companies and possess a demonstrated ability to effectively engage at a C-level with those organizations. Must have a demonstrated ability to influence customer concerns and be a transformational leader for a given customer engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Identify entirely new accounts for FAST solutions, and help bring prospects to closure.
o Engage FAST's customer's in an Agile and collaborative environment ensuring a clear understanding of the project definitions & scope, and the parameters defining success
o Develop a high performing implementation team or teams of business and technical resources as they configure FAST's software solution for deployment
o Help to establish and industrialize industry leading delivery practices leveraging Lean, Agile and SAFe Principles for both FAST and client teams
o Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their delivery knowledge and abilities
o Possess a strong command of the SDLC
o Manage FAST resources to optimize their value in achieving the project deliverables and objectives
o Serve as an escalation point for project resolution
o Manage key stakeholder relationships, internal and external, with the customer throughout the project lifecycle
o Report project status and provide critical project metrics on a regular an on-going basis

Qualifications

Essential Education and Work Experience
Account executive must possess the following skills:
o The qualified applicant will possess a minimum of 5- 7 years of experience (preferably within a Big 4 consulting environment),
o Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
o Advanced degree preferred
o Ten to 15 years demonstrated prior enterprise software implementation experience
o Insurance domain (Life & Annuity) a strong plus
o Superior communication and presentation skills
o Professional bearing a must
o Travel required (when appropriate)
o Full Agile SDLC experience within a Financial Services environment - insurance vertical a plus
o Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering. MS degree a plus.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
The Delivery Leader must be intellectually curious, and demonstrate strong interpersonal, presentation, and critical thinking skills. Must be influence and instill confidence in all customer engagements to support an Agile implementation methodology. SAFe and Lean required.
