Job Description:

The Service Delivery Manager, Front Office Systems (SDM FO) is accountable for managing the design, development, release, and maintenance of ManpowerGroup's North America IT (NAIT) front office systems, ETL integrations, data warehouse and reporting applications. The Service Delivery Manager partners with Infrastructure services, IT relationship management, strategic IT partners, software vendors and other stakeholders to ensure front office, ETL, Data warehouse and Reporting applications and related enhancements are executed in a timely manner. Including collaborating with business stakeholders to drive elicitation of requirements, process improvements and stabilization needs related to back office applications.

The SDM FO works closely with our IT partners and vendors to ensure the front office, ETL, data warehouse and reporting applications meet existing business needs and continually evolve at the pace of the business and owns the success and outcome. And collaborates with the Director IT, Strategy and Architecture and vendors to ensure NAIT is taking advantage of best practices in the back office and staffing domains while also participating and providing input to strategic roadmap creation.

The SDM FO is the single point of contact to all business stakeholders of Front Office, ETL, data warehouse and reporting applications and owns resolution of major and minor incidents, leads minor and major enhancements from scoping to deployment. This role is the primary conduit to NAIT's IT partners and vendors for back office functionality supporting the finance, accounting and HR processes of North America ensuring that NAIT's IT partners and vendors are delivering quality solutions to meet ManpowerGroup's business needs.

Results & Strategy


  • Champion and foster a strong relationship with IT partners and vendors to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
  • Develop engaging partnership amongst all parties to ensure best practices are implemented.
  • Manage development and enhance backlog as approved by the governance process ensuring budgetary goals are met.
  • Ensure quality and timely deliverables that meet business requirements.

People Leadership

  • Foster a "one IT" mindset through true partnership with IT partners and vendors. Drive engagement with all parties and levels involved in the software development lifecycle.

Client & Candidate

  • Partner with shared services and finance/accounting to ensure back office processes, procedures, inputs and outputs provide a seamless and "effortless" user experience and for integration between systems.
  • Collaborate with people and culture partners to ensure HRIS and ATS related systems provide a seamless non-disruptive experience to all associates and employees including service partners for benefits administration.

Thought Leadership

  • Stay educated and well in tune with trends and advancements in the staffing industry by attending staffing trade shows and vendor (current, potential and competing) webinars, user groups, etc.
  • Proactively share learnings with our IT Partners to brainstorm enhancing our back office.

Qualifications:

Experience


  • 7+ years of technology experience
  • At least 5 years of front office and ERP experience
  • At least 5 years of ETL, data warehouse and reporting experience
  • Experience working with outsourced resources
  • Knowledge of recruiting and staffing industry with hands on experience in one or more front office enterprise applications
  • Experience with data movement and integration between systems
  • Bachelor's degree in technology or business-related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing application development or as product manager
  • Basic project management training / experience
