Job Description:

Insurance Servicing roles are responsible for reviewing assets and collateral for appropriate insurance coverage. They ensure compliance with Federal Regulations, Investor Guidelines (FNMA, Freddie Mac, SBA) and JPMC Global Flood & Non-Flood Policy

Responsibilities

• Performs quality reviews against the Insurance Servicing vendor when needed to ensure insurance servicing processes are performed appropriately.
• Review the quality of insurance servicing activities completed internally and/or by an outside servicing vendor and document results on a Quality Scorecard
• Recommends and implements enhancements and process improvements and may be included in strategic business initiatives.
• Produce and compile daily reports to illustrate daily dashboard of pending workload in order to forecast how SLA's will be met.
• Drives change and firmwide initiatives. Mitigates and escalates identified risks and controls.
• May be an individual contributor.
• Perform QC of internal processes where needed.
