 MDS Coordinator (SECOND OR THIRD SEAT) RN/LPN

Summary:  We are looking for an MDS coordinator for this skilled nursing home that serves both active sub-acute and LTC population. This position would report to the MDS manager. This position requires experience in clinical reimbursement as it relates to MDS completion, accuracy and transmission. Good knowledge of the MDS, RAI process and an understanding of Medicare regulations with regards to PDPM, OBRA, CAA’s., Care Plans as well as Medicaid CMI and Quality Measures.

 

Must be a licensed RN or LPN in the State of North Carolina .

Entry Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Knowledgeable of OBRA, the RAI process and LTC payer systems, and MDS process.
