WSFL, The E.W. Scripps station for Miami-Fort Lauderdale, is seeking an experienced Commercial Producer to join our team! The Commercial Producer will work with the sales team and clients to produce television commercials and other program material such as Inside South Florida, our daily lifestyle show. This includes conceptualizing, coordinating, writing, shooting, and editing commercials.
Conceive, write, and coordinate all video and audio materials necessary for production of commercials for station clients.
Assist sales management in creating sales videos for client presentations.
Develop productive relationships with clients.
College degree in Communications or a related field required.
Minimum 2 years experience producing, editing, and writing.
Able to shoot video on broadcast quality equipment.
Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.
Professionalism to work with all levels of management and clients.
Valid driver's license and good driving record required. In addition, proof of insurance and liability coverage may be required.
