City Experiences is seeking Ticket Both Agents for its City Cruises, Seadog Operation in Chicago, IL.

About the Opportunity:


The ticket office agent will provide a variety of support and assist in various ticket sales and functions ensuring continuous guest satisfaction while maximizing sales.


About You:


This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences’ RESPECT Service System.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Sales & Guest Service

  • Promote maximum revenue attainment by performing transactions with efficiency

  • Ensure accuracy in transactions while monitoring product capacities

  • Ensure that every guest is greeted warmly when approaching the ticket booth

  • Answer questions regarding product, price, duration, etc. with expertise and patience

  • Prepared to work during submitted availability and scheduled time

  • Maintain uniform and personal grooming in compliance with appearance standards

  • Attend applicable meetings and training sessions as designated or necessary

  • Additional job duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred

  • Must be at least 16 years of age

  • Minimum of one (1) year guest service experience preferred

  • Cash handling experience a plus

  • Able to communicate effectively in oral and written form

  • Must be organized and detail-oriented

  • Able to handle multiple tasks/projects at one time

  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships

  • Listen effectively, assesses the situation, determine relevant issues, & suggest solutions

  • Must be energetic and upbeat

  • Must be self-motivated
