Objective
The Business Analyst is responsible for all reporting and analytics to support profitability and efficiency within Commercial Banking along with managing the incentive plan, ensuring organizational efficiencies and managing business process improvements projects. Major requirements include Salesforce.com Administration, financial analysis capabilities, project management and change management skills and a high level of understanding of organizational structures, process analysis, and business intelligence.

Responsibilities/Duties
* Works closely with Directors of each Commercial Line to identify and implement sales and process improvement processes with an eye toward technological advances; Initiates the continual improvement of standards and processes and presents new ideas regarding these disciplines in Senior Leadership meetings.
* Provides overall architecture and primary design for Commercial Banking reporting and analysis, identifying areas that require attention or development.
* Using Salesforce, SQL Query, and Excel, develops and presents ad hoc reports to Directors and Executive Management in support of various initiatives where appropriate.
* Participates fully in loan and sales processes enhancement cycles (including definition, design, ongoing audit, and implementation). Partners with Operations to plan and execute cross-organizational processes.
* Functional day-to-day administrative Salesforce and nCino duties in direct communications with Bank's Salesforce team lead; directs the testing, review, and implementation of new Commercial Banking Salesforce and nCino enhancements, along with spearheading initiatives related to the effectiveness of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
* Provide analytical preparation and execution for Commercial Division budgeting and planning; partners with Finance Team to review and manage product and division profitability.
* Maintains the Commercial Banking Incentive Plans. Tasks may include plan development, communicating changes and plan structure to the line, overseeing incentive management system enhancements, analyzing profitability, and ensuring plan integrity.
* Develops skills and expertise in all required disciplines, including business analysis, lending, sales, and treasury management. Using various technologies as adopted.
* Discover and recommend new technologies that enhance customer and colleague experience.
* Performs other duties as assigned by the Managing Director of Commercial Banking.
Knowledge - Skills & Abilities
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Experience in Banking and Finance.
* Knowledge of software/systems required to successfully perform job function ie. Salesforce.
* Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
