Summary of Job Duties:
This position serves as the Workday Integration Analyst & Developer on the Information Technology ERP (Workday) implementation team. Reporting to the Workday Integration Lead and working "two in the box" with the implementation partner (Deloitte), the Integration Analyst & Developer will develop integrations in scope including design, testing, and implementation. In addition, this position will assist with verifying the accuracy of the converted and loaded data; mapping and/or crosswalking data sets; data clean-up efforts and initiatives using programmatic/automated solutions; The Integrated Analyst & Developer will assist in the analysis and assessment of interface requirements, approve interfaces for design, assist with interface development and unit testing, required transformation and load processes to Workday, and extracts from Workday.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
The educational equivalent of Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
At least two years of related experience
Must be able to work collaboratively and travel throughout the State to various UA campuses on an average of once a week as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
The educational equivalent of Master's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
Significant experience building integrations and reports
Experience with change management related to ERP systems or other large enterprise system deployments
Scripting and/or programming experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of University of Arkansas System (UASYS) information technology systems, initiatives, capabilities, and organizations
Knowledge of current technology and infrastructure environments
Knowledge of programming and documentation procedures, programming methods, program flowcharts, and operator instructions
Knowledge of various cloud technologies like EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Workday Studio
Strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts, bulk data loading API's, and database client protocols (preferably Microsoft SQL Server)
Strong knowledge of data analysis, data transformation, conceptual data modeling, and meta-data management
Strong technical implementation skills
Solid presentation, oral, and written communication skills

Effective management and team skills
Demonstrated proficiency skills with Web Services, SOAP, XML, XSLT, REST, JSON, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.
