U.S. Electrical Services, Inc./Maurice Electrical Supply Company has an opportunity at our Landover, MD location for an entry-level Switchgear Bid Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Manufactures' upcoming bids to ensure they have all Specifications and Drawings for the bid proposal as well Switchgear Department estimator.


• Ensures Switchgear estimators receive quotations from the manufactures for bids.


• Maintain daily filing of bids and closed projects.


• Track Department leave.


• Responsible for monthly Switchgear Department Sales report.


• Responsible for processing Customer labels for Switchgear Equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Entry-level position and we will train.

College Degree preferred but not required

Electrical Product Knowledge a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

• Must be able to communicate effectively.


• Must be able to work independently.


• Previous experience with Microsoft office suite, Office 365, and SharePoint.
