You will be responsible for managing a dynamic integral department that allows BOKF to maintain a competitive market position while operating efficiently. Join our Mortgage Leadership team as a Regional Processing Manager.

About the Role


You will be primarily responsible for managing the Mortgage loan pipeline and the team of Mortgage Loan Processors for your assigned region. You will work closely with Sales, Underwriting, Closing, Sr. Management and your peers in other regions. You will use your knowledge and experience to identify and share best practices daily. You will be the driving force behind allocating resources, load leveling, problem solving, and ensuring loans are able to close on time.

You are defining department objectives, coaching your team and assessing risk management in a fast paced environment where there is never a dull moment. You will aide in developing and implementing strategies to create efficiencies while also adhering to federal and bank specific guidelines.

You will lead the team in education and understanding around evolving policies and guidelines. You will train and mentor your team to develop their skills and knowledge daily. You will use your past experience in Operations to make sound decisions and action plans to achieve your department goals. You will coach your team to ensure they are providing best in class customer service and achieving BOKF service level expectations.

You will prioritize each day and ensure that no man is left behind.

How You'll Spend Your Time



  • You will review daily pipelines to ensure timeliness and monitor defect report issues such as expired documents, lock expirations, files not moving properly per established SLA's, Reg B, QC and delays in file submission

  • You will use multiple systems to access information in a very structured and diligent way.

  • You will work with your team monthly/quarterly to ensure training is up to date and accurate to ever changing regulations and guidelines.

  • You will use your communication to inform all parties on the status and timing of loans as needed.

  • You will utilize your knowledge of Underwriting guidelines to ensure accuracy and timeliness on your teams' part.

Education & Experience Requirements


This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree or a minimum of five years' experience in a mortgage operations environment or work related experience of 11-13 years.
