Job Description:

HR Systems & Technology Analyst

Reports to: Director ofHR Technology

Location: Lansdale, PA

You will be responsible for development and support of data management of North American HR systems and related solutions in support of strategic Human Resource initiatives. As the 'super user', you would be responsible for providing support and managed systems administration. We currently use SAP/SuccessFactors as part of a global solution for HR and will be launching PeopleDoc soon. We are also in transition of payroll and core HR systems for North American operations. These systems along with others will be integrated as part of a larger project and you would become a member of this team working for the North American Director of HR Technology. You will also coordinate activities with our global operations based in Sweden. (Knowledge of the Swedish language is not necessary).

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Lansdale, PA, reporting to the Director of HR Technology.

You will work closely with Finance, Payroll, Business Intelligence, and local/global Human Resources to build and monitor data interfaces and provide employee data reports. You may be asked to facilitate training to HR users through training team initiatives. You will be expected to provide excellent customer support, as well as to perform routine audits of the data.

Responsibilities/Requirements:


  • An understanding of Human Resources policies and terminology, and business administrator processes is required.

  • Requires an understanding of system interfaces with other HR systems such as SAP.

  • Experience with relational databases and querying is required.

  • A strong background in data extraction, manipulation of raw data, data relationships, data mining, ad-hoc analysis and metrics presentations is strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of data protection issues and their practicable application in the workplace including the importance of confidentiality

  • The ability to provide troubleshooting expertise to users on an ad hoc basis and work with global support to resolve issues

Skills:


  • The ability to translate department requirements into effective solutions is essential.

  • Excellent problem solving, multitasking and analytical skills are required.

  • Some training and coaching background is helpful.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Information Technology or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of HR system administration, HR systems customer support or HR Information Systems experience required.

  • Experience with SAP system configuration, user administration and table maintenance including Security, Reporting, data loads, form routing, end-user troubleshooting, etc. is preferred.

  • Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors or other similar HR ERP system is strongly preferred.

Travel:

There are no travel requirements for this role. Down the road, there may be an opportunity to travel abroad to our international facilities, so a valid passport would be required.
