The Cold Chain, Food Service Market Manager is responsible for market strategy, and execution.  You will develop our marketing strategy and work closely with our customers to ensure we can help them solve their burning problems while achieving our growth targets.

 

AS A MARKETING MANAGER, YOU WILL: 


  • Be the expert in the customer and market
  • Support customer engagements and VOC activities
  • Identify, validate and prioritize market opportunities
  • Develop and implement market strategy and outline priorities including monitor technology, market trends and competitive activities
  • Develop a holistic go-to-market strategy and plans to deliver our revenue commitments.
  • Give our sales team a competitive edge.
  • Develop proven content and ways to reach buyers for each stage of the buying cycle.
  • Support marketing communications and industry stewardship in North America
  • Tell our story, make connections and generate an emotional connection with our customers.
  • Ultimately better serve our customers ensuring we solve their most burning problems.

WHO YOU ARE:

You gain insights into customer needs and identify opportunities to deliver solutions that meet the customer needs. You establish and maintain effective customer relationships. You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization and encourage the open expression of diverse ideas and opinions. You keep a strong bottom-line oreintation and push yourself and help others to achieve results. You articulate credible pictures and visions of possibilities that will create sustainable value. You partner with others to get work done.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales, marketing or product management role
  • Has made an impact to the business with measurable results
  • Technical aptitude
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of time
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship for this role will not be provided

 PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:  


  • Food service industry experience
  • 5-7 years experience in Marketing roles (ie Product marketer, market manager or market research manager), product management or sales or a combination of those roles.
  • Has made significant impact to sales with measurable results
  • Proven success building and leveraging a brand or specific product category showing growth in revenue.
  • Experience working with multi-step distribution
  • Experience working on a team with demand generation and marketing operation professionals
  • Experience in the launch of multiple B2B/B2C products, with IoT and subscription-based business models
  • Increasing levels of marketing responsibility in modern marketing companies
