This is a project-based job lasting 2-12 months (length depends on your availability and the need for trips). You may TDY to McAllen, El Paso, San Antonio, TX and/or San Diego, CA. We will pay for temporary lodging and a per diem (daily) stipend where you are based and pay for your travel home at the end of your work assignment.

What You’ll Get to Do!!
The Site Manager will be responsible for complete oversight of our current contract with the Department of Homeland Security. Responsibilities will include the administrative, technical, operational, contractual and financial components of the program. In addition, the Site Supervisor is responsible for the implementation of the established workflows, policies, procedures and protocols that have been developed by the company.
Key functions you will perform!
Manage; maintain daily office operations, verify all electronic systems are always functioning as well as maintaining, conducting audits, spot checks for quality control
Oversees employees daily and weekly work schedules in the company’s scheduling database while maintaining enough flexibility to meet project demands, as well as creating work orders based on availability
Monitor, coach and mentor all members of staff’s performance and to ensure personnel are working issues as efficiently and accurately as possible in a team oriented professional culture
Ensures the employee’s training status and certifications are current meeting all contractual components requirements providing Deputy Program Manager and Training Specialist a list of employees who require refresher or additional training if needed
Maintain a consistent level of communication with all employees, other departments, executive management, interacting with high level authorities between agencies
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as well as providing required reports to Executive Management on a timely basis, while updating information in the company database system
Available on call at all times, able and willing to do transportations for the program
Manage, verifies and submits information pertaining to work requests into the company’s scheduling system
Oversees, develop, refine and document policies, procedures and associated system requirements of the program and schedules, dispatches of vehicles and drivers, monitors speeding levels and provides the appropriate support
Manages and maintains corporate vehicle maintenance and program, ensuring vehicles are always clean and fueled
Reviews records, logs, and maintains receiving and issuing reports for all project expendable and non-expendable supplies
Maintains and establishes Program Inventory system and inventory of uniforms, office equipment, supplies etc., reconcile inventory and reports in accordance to work orders
What you will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Business or related field
5 years law enforcement, detention, security field, social work, or youth care work
5 years Program Management experience demonstrating a capacity to effectively manage a large workforce of 50-70 employees and supporting government contracting, the law enforcement community
Show near native proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in English and Spanish
Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Must have lived in the US for at least three (3) of the last five (5) years
Must be local to the area (please note only local candidates will be considered)
