Job Summary

 

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who will help Oldcastle Infrastructure enhance its digital position in the industry. The successful candidate will create a consistent digital experience for our customers and employees. The role will encompass setting and prioritizing the company’s long-term digital strategy based on internal and external customer requirements without sacrificing short-term business requirements. Digital project management will be a key element of the position.

 

• The successful candidate will lead website improvements, enhance existing digital tools, develop new configurator tools and integrate our digital tools with existing business platforms. In addition, he/she will create and implement a Learning Management System (LMS) and will be responsible for selecting and managing vendors. This role will report to the VP of Marketing.


• The candidate we choose will have a comprehensive understanding of the development process for digital tools and UI/UX. He/she will be able to research, roadmap and execute the digital customer journey. In addition, the candidate will be comfortable with communicating with C-level management to garner support for the digital strategy and related initiatives.


• A comprehensive understanding of WordPress CMS and NetSuite and Salesforce CRM platforms is required, along with a strong knowledge of how mobile Apps and digital tools can integrate with other company platforms. The candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of digital marketing stack, including social media, marketing automation and digital advertising.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Setting, prioritizing and leading the short term and long-term digital strategy


• Developing project plans that align with company priorities


• Managing enhancements and updates to company website and other sites related to business


• Managing digital projects with external vendors, including producing and agreeing statement of work


• Identifying the requirements of internal and external customers as it relates our digital assets


• Creating digital tools like LMS and product configurators


• Setting methods of measurement, KPIs and targets to track project results and alignment with business priorities


• Analyzing key digital metrics to make data-driven improvements on performance of digital marketing initiatives.


• Analyzing web traffic metrics to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and activities.


• Collaborating with colleagues in the department and across the organization

 

Requirements

 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital technology or equivalent


• Seven or more years of experience in marketing; three-plus years of strategic digital marketing experience


• Experience or familiarity with the construction or precast concrete industry a plus.


• Positive influencing skills, both verbal and through the preparation of written materials, in order to build relationships, influence and negotiate


• Proven experience developing digital asset strategies


• Strong knowledge of web design process


• Expert knowledge of CMS platforms, including WordPress


• Experience developing digital tools and/or mobile applications


• Understanding of CRM platforms and integration with marketing automation tools to generate and nurture leads


• In depth experience with SEO, Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools


• A demonstrated ability to manage several large-to-small, complex projects simultaneously.
