The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support and optimize our organization's digital marketing programs. Key responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Coordinator will include tracking campaign progress, developing various digital marketing materials, sourcing images and artwork, streamlining digital marketing production, and handling general digital marketing activities in coordination with outside vendors. Ideal candidates for this role should be creative and innovative, multimedia savvy, well-organized, and must be strong writers and communicators. To be successful in this role you will need to have a firm grasp of various digital touch points, drive our digital campaigns and deliver on digital objectives.
•Coordinate all digital marketing and social media activities.
•Collaborate with internal and external resources to produce and maintain needed content on an ongoing basis.
•Work with global sales and customer service to formulate content ideation and effective formatting.
•Create and maintain a centralized image and media library.
•Basic graphic design and layout capability to support content creation.
•Support e-mail marketing campaigns and workflows in collaboration with third-party vendors.
•Responsible for timely development and optimization of integrated digital campaigns.
•Stay updated on industry trends, digital landscape, and new media tactics.
•Frequent interaction with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management and Business Development personnel to effectively target and communicate with customers and markets.
•Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent.
•2-4 years digital marketing experience with working knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns.
•Project management experience and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
•Knowledge of CMS and social media channels.
•Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills.
•A highly organized self-starter, with the ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment.
•Knowledge of web analytics and website conversion metrics.
•Strong presentation and communication skills.
•Knowledge of digital paid media, marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), and an overall data-driven approach to marketing
•Knowledge of core CRM platforms (Salesforce/Pardot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
•Passion for digital media and devices, a self-described 'early adopter' of digital trends
•Work experience within an industrial B2B market environment is preferred.
