I. POSITION SUMMARY

Logistics Center Associates, routinely perform Picking, Stocking, Packing, Replenishment, and Shipping tasks, using SAP WM system. Other general warehouse duties as assigned. Associates are expected to support and contribute to the KSEA continuous improvement (LEAN) culture. You are trained and required to adhere to KSEA safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement standards.



II. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS



  • HS Diploma or GED

  • SAP experience preferred

  • Ability to follow direction

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Team oriented

  • Effective communication skills

  • Dependable

  • Punctual



III. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



  1. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS



  • Position requires constant and varying degrees of movement including standing, sitting, bending, walking, reaching, grabbing, and packing, lifting, pulling, and pushing in a safe manner

  • Must be able to frequently lift up to 25lbs

  • Must be able to occasionally lift between 30-75lbs as needed with assistance

  • Must be able to occasionally push/pull up to 320lbs on casters with assistance

  • Must be able to occasionally use a warehouse ladder for reaching shelves

  • Must be able to operate a manual pallet jack

  • Must be able to wear PPE (if needed)

  • Ability to use standard office equipment (computers, copiers, etc.)



B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties consistent with the general nature and focus of the position and/or the goals and objectives of the department may be assigned.)



  • Picking Orders

  • Stocking and Replenishment of warehouse shelves

  • Shipping and Receiving of Orders

  • Other duties may include Reprocessing and Evaluating of medical devices

  • Interest in use of power equipment (walkie stacker, ride-on pallet jack, wave) is preferred, Not Required
