A&M's Global Transaction Advisory Group ("TAG") is the largest transaction advisory practice outside the Big 4 audit firms. Our award-winning practice includes over 550 professionals in 25 offices across the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific. We are an established and highly active Transaction Advisory practice working for premium clients on high profile deals,large and mid-cap private equity, fast growth premium small cap deals, multinational corporates and LBO's. We are completely free from audit conflicts.

Over the last 15 years our Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) has established teams in London, Amsterdam, Munich, Frankfurt, Stockholm, Paris, Zurich, Birmingham and Madrid. Following the success of our team in Zurich we are now launching our TAG practice in Geneva. Our team will be lead by a highly experienced Transaction Advisory MD and will be an integrated part of our established and highly successful Swiss business.

We are ambitious and keen to grow our TAG team in Geneva and so we are looking to hire exceptional & experienced Transactions Advisory professionals at all levels to support our Managing Director. Successful candidates will deliver on Swiss and pan European projects to leading Private Equity clients, Financial Institutions and Corporates.

This is a unique opportunity to join an established & successful business in a new team and play an instrumental role in building a new practice area.

As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to;

• Work on multiple Transaction Advisory engagements in Switzerland and across Europe, working closely with our Managing Directors


• Gain constant exposure to our Managing Directors, leveraging their substantial deal experience and be proactively involved in commercial, business development, and marketing


• Use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to gaining exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations which drive a transaction


• Work alongside operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process


• Network internally with our service lines and work on external marketing events to build cross- service line relationships


• Be active in the market, supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and in originating new client relationships.

Essential experience:

• Experience in Transaction Services (financial due diligence) at a Big 4 firm is essential


• A strong academic record and professional qualifications are helpful


• Native French and fluent English is required. Additional European language skills including Dutch, German, Swedish, Spanish or Italian are desirable
