Job Description:

What You’ll Do: 

The Assistant Manager (AM)  helps the General Manager to ensure that day to day business operations run smoothly. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

• Manage the daily shift




• Continual improvement and focus of the guest experience, service, and interaction




• Quality control of food and beverage




• Maintain energy and overall ambiance including music, lighting, and cleanliness




• Ensure proper hiring, orientation, training and development of hourly employees




• Assist GM in planning, budgeting, forecasting financials, and P&L




• Administer human resources and risk management compliance issues




• Scheduling and labor control

Compensation: 

Up to $60,000 (based on experience)
