Amerisure is currently recruiting for a Product Compliance Analyst that will support our Farmington Hills Headquarters. The ideal candidate will possess the following skill set. 

Summary Statement

Performs product compliance filings for moderate to complex rates, rules and forms ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Essential Tasks/Major Duties


  • Monitor ISO, NCCI, AAIS and independent bureau filings affecting rates, rules and forms.

  • Prepare, file, and process commercial lines rate, rule and form filings, including both bureau generated and company generated filings.

  • Publish and maintain product and pricing materials in electronic systems to keep them current.

  • Respond to product filing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

  • Research and analyze regulatory requirements to ensure products and filings are compliant.

  • Assist in answering audit requests from state regulatory bodies.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert with internal customers as needed.

  • Complete special projects as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance experience.   

  • Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite and compliance applications.

  • 3 years insurance experience; product filing experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams.

  • Demonstrated successful ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure meeting deadlines.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Demonstrated successful ability to input data with a high accuracy rating, and strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to travel occasionally up to 10%.
