Job Description:

Infosys is seeking an Azure Administrator experience working on Windows/Linux Operating systems. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with Cloud Engineers and Subject Matter Experts. Essential Job Duties Cloud Consultant having experience with Implementation & Migration. Consultant needs to maintain best practices and collaborates with the architecture and application teams to set the technical vision and target architecture

 
Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to these areas. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
•Experience in managing Azure subscriptions, resource  management and Express Route configurations
•Monitoring Tools: Experience with system monitoring tools
•Experience in software development life cycle.
•Experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
•Analytical skills
•Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience in building PowerShell scripts, Deployment design and development is a Plus
•Strong knowledge of OS – Redhat Linux and Windows
•Tracking Feature/Bugs tracked within Azure
•Azure budget and capacity planning
•Azure support troubleshooting assistance utilizing Internal Microsoft teams and services
•Deploy new, change management, deletion, via internal tooling
•Deployment, change mgmt., deletion, and troubleshooting of Azure Vnets (Express Routes, Hyper-Net, etc.)
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
