Your role:

We are currently seeking a candidate to lead the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Process Mining/ Celonis, reporting directly to the SVP, Global Business Services. This role will be instrumental in delivering value to the company across all countries, BUs and corporate functions, by discovering, monitoring, and improving process inefficiencies and driving systematic actions and automations.

As the CoE Leader you will be responsible for driving successful deployments of the Celonis technology across the various business units and regions within Ingram Micro, to help resolve business problems across the enterprise. In this role you will own the full strategy, resource allocation and be accountable for the Celonis expansion across the company. You will partner cross-functionally to support end-user engagement and will work with deployment and technical resources to ensure process mining adoption and sustainable positive business impact.

Strategy and Execution:


  • Define vision and enterprise roll-out strategy to implement Celonis solutions across the various business units

  • Partner with country and business unit stakeholders to identify potential opportunities for Celonis process re-engineering and value-realization

  • Ensure timely and high-quality deployments of the Celonis technology that meet end-user requirements, accelerate time to first value and drive measurable business impact

  • Communicate with stakeholders in Ingram Micros' business units, handle escalations and navigate challenging situations with positive and balanced results

  • Build credibility by working collaboratively with and influence other departments to promote customer satisfaction and achieve business unit and company goals

  • Ensure that the GBS team is fully enabled and leverages all Celonis capabilities on end-user deployments

  • Manage, forecast and monitor resource capacity and utilization, staffing appropriately all end-user initiatives/projects

  • Ensure high utilization rates and prioritize project pipeline based on the organization's objectives

  • Continuously monitor, improve, and enhance the implementation methodology of Celonis solutions to drive efficiency and consistency

  • Capture use-cases to demonstrate the value add and ROI, to accelerate the expansion of Celonis.

  • Be the central funnel for communication and collaboration within business units, countries, and regional leaders to drive results and achieve goals

  • Partner with sales, operations, technical support, and licensing leadership to achieve business plan objectives

Team Leadership and Coaching:

Lead and manage a team of 5-8 comprising user enablement, project/deployment, business process analysis, data engineering professionals


  • Proactively manage hiring, attrition, productivity, morale, resource allocation, team motivation and training, across the COE team

  • Perform quarterly abilities/skills detection; and define ongoing training plan for the team

  • Perform quarterly team goals' review, and quarterly individual assessments against goals

  • Conduct frequent meetings with the teams to identify issues and determine priorities for methodology, process and/or tool enhancements

  • Perform daily Meetings with the team to make sure that projects are on track, and that the team is still aligned with the targets

What you bring to the role:


  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field required with MBA preferred

  • Minimum 8-10 years in process design and re-engineering

  • The ability to influence, navigate, and communicate with top leaders across the different business units in the organization

  • Possess a deep understanding of the various Ingram Micro business units and processes and collaborate cross-functionally

  • Be a top performer with demonstrable past success achieving relevant targets and KPIs

  • Have proven experience in designing and implementing initiatives and infrastructure to scale top-performing teams and drive operational excellence

  • Have managed and coached team members in a center of excellence or community of expertise

  • Have a value oriented and ROI-driven mindset

  • Possess excellent communication skills and a fast learner in a high pace complex environment

  • Deep knowledge of complex financial data and ability to communicate cause and effect on operating income

  • Successful background implementing strategies that result in positive impact

  • Understanding of customer strategic and tactical direction

  • Open-mindedness and cultural capacity

  • Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders, internally and externally
