Job Description:

Customer Communications Management COE is a Centralized team responsible for all outbound customer service communication and is on Zero Print aspirational journey to advance digital transformation, reduce costs and improve the customer experience.  The CCM Operations Process Management Specialist role will:


  • Manage a program of BAU and Print Optimization projects  in support of the Enterprise  including operational, process, data and procedures requirements related to Enterprise print fulfillment strategy.

  • Provide project management and technology relationship management for CCM Operations related changes.  Coordinate all QA/UA testing.

  • Support the creation of document management roadmaps and strategies in support of the Enterprise. 

  • Develop and maintain tools, methodologies and practices to enable the success of the CCM organization including but not limited to knowledge and inventory management, metrics/data analytics, print portfolio framework, monitoring/reconciliation and vendor governance.

  • Ability to work with business partners in a consultative way; helping them translate their business objectives into print and digital fulfillment strategies. 

  • Proven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups (business, technology, and vendors) with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and at senior levels within the organization. 

  • Ability to work with multi-skilled teams (i.e. Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Technologists, PMs, Architects, etc.) on projects that touch a range of technical platforms. 

  • Strong understanding of business transformation and agile build and change delivery 

  • An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and figure out why things happen.  Collaborate across all Product Lines and Technology to intelligently invest in innovative solutions that enable operational efficiencies, shift delivery to digital, and improve the Customer Experience

  • Deep understanding of operations and process management and the ability to drive solutions in a highly outsourced model.

Qualifications:


  • 3-5 years of process or program/project management including business analysis experience

  • Scrum Master or Product Owner certification a plus

  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (e.g Lean, Six Sigma) a plus
