Summary of Major Responsibilities

The Marketing Analytics Manager, HCP Marketing is directly responsible for working closely with the product teams to ensure continuous monitoring and tracking of key marketing performance metrics for products, programs, and campaigns. This role will work within the U.S. oncology health care professionals (HCP) marketing team. This role will also provide comprehensive support across the HCP marketing product teams to analyze marketing analytics and understand business trends. The Marketing Analytics Manager, HCP Marketing will maintain specific vendor relationships and provide support based on analytics and market research activities. This position will participate in other strategic and promotional related projects associated with targeting and educating key customers and analytics support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Work closely with the marketing teams to understand the data points applicable to each group, and to advise on areas for opportunity and collaboration for tracking data; including, but not limited to, digital engagement, product marketing, communications, and events.
  • Provide tactical execution and project management for analytical tools and programs focused on specialty audiences; including, but not limited to, oncologists, surgeons, urologists, and pathologists.

  • Identify key markers of effectiveness for marketing campaigns and educational activities and create dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, collect, and analyze data.

  • Apply customer data, structured systems, and criteria-based segmentations (i.e., geography, persona, usage) to best target a specific market or user type.

  • Promote data integrity best practices for reporting and socializing across teams.

  • Attend industry meetings and prepare reports to convey scientific or competitive information that may affect our markets and product positioning, as needed.

  • Prepare timely responses to verbal and written requests and other information to internal and external parties on a routine basis.

  • Create and provide updates and presentations, as requested.

  • Track, measure, and report on results of various marketing functions to determine return on investment (ROI).

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables at once.

  • Strong initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights from data.

  • Ability to travel 10% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field as outlined in the essential duties.

  • 5+ years of experience with data segmentation and reporting within a customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation system.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or digital marketing in a related industry.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with data visualization tools.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Google Analytics.

  • Proficient computer skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office to include PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Office.

  • Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.

  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data segmentation and reporting within a CRM and marketing automation system in Salesforce, Veeva, Tableau, or PowerBI.
