Job Description NTT Data is assisting our Healthcare client in their recruiting efforts for this role. Pay: $52-$64.50/hour Duration: 6 months or through EOY
Must-haves
Knowledge of healthcare population management, quality improvement, and cost containment concepts
Ability to elicit business requirements and liaise with business leaders and SMEs
Superior facilitation skills
Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple priorities, and escalate effectively
Demonstrated success leading technical and/or business projects with matrixed project teams
Strong negotiation, analytical, consensus building, and conflict resolution skills

Excellent writing and communication skills, with an ability to translate complex ideas into clear, easy-to-understand concepts. Ability to present complex concepts in graphical and non-technical language
Ability to perform root cause analysis
Experience in delivering projects across multiple SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc)
Ability to effectively communicate at an executive leadership level
Solid analytical, problem-solving and financial analysis skills
Experience in data analysis and/or SQL
Day-to-day (keeping in mind that the specifics will vary depending on which role they're called to play)
Elicit business priorities, processes, and requirements from Business Owners and stakeholders
Establish and actively manage project schedule, quality acceptance criteria, risks, and issues, across the project lifecycle.
Manage project scope, tie project to business case, track variations in partnership with the business owner
Build relationships within the team and across the organization to accomplish project and enterprise objectives
Identify risk, and drive risk response in the form of mitigation, contingency, or acceptance. Address project blockers as encountered.
Provide documentation and translation of business cases, business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications to technical and delivery teams
Work with the business and testing teams to validate functionality and usability of business processes and applications.
Engage and communicate project status and issue escalation across appropriate level within the organization
