Job Description:

IDEXX is growing rapidly and is looking to bring on Project Manager to support our Veterinary Software and Services (VSS) business. In this role, you will lead the project management of strategic and highly visible projects, including new product launches, systems implementations, and acquisition integrations. This mission-critical role oversees scope definition, planning, and execution, including the assessment of submitted requirements, creation and communication of end-to-end project plans, clearly outlining dependencies, and overall project ownership.

What You Can Expect

• You will manage projects/programs, including the entire project lifecycle from sizing and scoping project to implementation, closure, and handoff to support, and ensuring ongoing project/program success and customer satisfaction. You will help the business modify the project/program when necessary. You may be responsible for the strategic implementation of the project/program working with senior business leaders to ensure the vision supports business needs.


• You will work with business and project team members to evaluate business needs, define and prioritize requirements, and ensure that process flows, and analytical capabilities align with leading business practices.


• You will work as part of project teams to create/enhance/implement business processes and supporting solutions ensuring requirements are delivered as agreed and on time, gathering additional resources as needed.


• You will build relationships quickly and successfully navigate a highly matrixed organization.
