Bruker Nano Surfaces & Metrology (BNSM) manufactures and sells high-end instrumentation that enables our customers to push the boundaries of science through cutting-edge research. We offer a broad range of technologies and solutions for an even broader range of applications and markets; from two-photon fluorescence microscopes to bench-top mechanical testers, from atomic force microscopes to optical profilometers.
We are looking for a self-starter, detail oriented, quick learning administration professional to join our team and assist with daily tasks and customer follow up. The successful admin will have extensive knowledge of SD module of SAP.
Responsibilities
- responsible for the timely and accurate creation of quotes and bids
- sales and return order review and release
- creation and coordination of intercompany purchase orders
- assist with resolving logistics issues from overseas factories
- follow up communication with customers on order status
- support order acknowledgement and invoicing issuance tasks upon request
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in an order administrative or finance role
- working knowledge of SAP required
- attention to detail a must
- excellent written and verbal communication skills required
