We have an opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Direct to Consumer Sales Department in Daytona Beach, FL. You will support Inside Sales to enhance the effectiveness and profitability of the team. You will also handle customer inquiries via phone or email regarding product, orders, pricing, customer relations and complaints.
* Receive Sales Leads from multiple marketing channels and distribute leads to the Inside Sales Representatives
* Extract, create and analyze daily/weekly sales reports in Salesforce to identify opportunities to improve close rate and escalate issues
* Create the monthly schedule for the Inside Sales Reps
* Cheerfully help each customer on the phone, chat, or email to place orders, give product information, locate packages, and resolve customer service concerns
* Assist in researching the status of customer orders; sending appropriate pricing and/or product literature; providing pricing information; product enhancements, etc.
* Work cross-functionally with the Sales, Tech Support, Shipping and Operations * Attend weekly and monthly meetings
* Other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications:
* High school diploma required, Associates Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
* 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales support role, manufacturing industry preferred
* High level of typing proficiency and computer literacy in all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
* Experience running/analyzing reports from a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
* Knowledge of technical/mechanical parts and specifications
* Demonstrated track record in solving problems that cross internal and external disciplines
* Calm, patient, flexible demeanor; quickly and effectively resolves conflict
* Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Ability to work a flexible work schedule as required
* Must remain professional for any customer communication, even under stress
* Takes initiative to seek answers and raise concerns or issues; willingness to learn and adapt
* Detail-oriented, well organized with strong time management skills
* Works with minimal supervision
