• Install and configure ShipExec on Premise and ShipExec Cloud servers.


• Build business rules using internal business rule engine (tools).


• Customize and integrate application with client systems.


• Participate in discussions with external partners to discuss connectivity and translation requirements.


• Work with business analysts to understand functional requirements.


• Provide demo / walk through to stakeholders.


• Support testing and UAT efforts.


• Provide production deployment and warranty support.


• Perform coding duties within a specified timeframe.


• Provide technical assistance and support through interaction with the customer.


• Maintain proper coding practices and documentation, even under deadlines.


• Collaborate with technical writers to create documentation for user support.


• Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar)


• Direct communication with customer


• Good communication skill


• Experience with shipping and logistics a plus


• Experience with e-commerce systems a plus
