We have an opportunity for a Lead In- Home Support to join our Daytona, FL team. This person will manage day-to-day customer assistance functions for our Residential Products: order entry; customer resolutions; shipment accuracy resolution. This Customer Service Manager will develop / coach associates to drive a cultural change that embraces Continuous Improvement to improve Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
