We have an opportunity for a Lead In- Home Support to join our Daytona, FL team. This person will manage day-to-day customer assistance functions for our Residential Products: order entry; customer resolutions; shipment accuracy resolution. This Customer Service Manager will develop / coach associates to drive a cultural change that embraces Continuous Improvement to improve Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

Key Objectives:

Maintain situational awareness of the activity in the Customer Service department, prioritize, and direct the activities of the staff to meet departmental goals most efficiently.

You will:


  • Meet with employees on a regular basis to review overall performance as well as setting expectations for improvement and personal growth.

  • Conduct communication meetings with employees on a regular basis to ensure that changes in policies, procedures, and standards are disseminated in a clear & concise manner in order to be understood by each employee.

  • Perform additional duties, as needed.

  • Manage a team who support our Residential Sales department

Key Qualifications:


  • Have earned at least a High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Proven leadership skills; deep experience training, and coaching.

  • Have at least 2 years of professional leadership experience supervising a Customer Service team

  • Salesforce or other CRM System, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Typing/Keyboard proficiency
