What Will Your Role Be?

The financial analyst is skilled in data analytics and critical to driving growth by developing and maintaining reporting and delivering insightful analyses. She/he will partner closely with R&D, Sales and Marketing to provide visibility into our data, craft narratives, find insights, and provide recommendations. This position will be the lead business partner to the R&D and Marketing segments responsible for tracking project spending including monthly close, reporting and ad hoc analysis.

• Business Partnering with senior management to drive results

Your Challenges Ahead

As a member of the FP&A team, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Produce the worldwide consolidated projections to present to HQ and Senior Management


• Business partner to R&D organization tracking their worldwide headcount and spend and influencing their decision making


• Royalty analysis and projections


• Support pricing and packaging initiatives and sales promotions


• Build and improve dashboards and reports to drive awareness and understanding of business metrics and performance


• Acts as a trusted advisorto senior management and challenge the business with forward thinking approaches to increase profitability

Your Key Success Factors:

• Bachelor's Degree in finance; MBA preferred but not a must


• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partner or Business Analytics role


• Think strategically and anticipate cross-functional, operational, and financial impacts


• Curiosity and strong desire to learn


• Strong communication and negotiations skills with a naturally inquisitive mind-set


• KPI sensitive, analytical and eager to interpret data analysis or reports


• Ability to build and query databases and apply advanced data manipulation techniques


• Knowledge of TM1, with advanced skills in Excel
