This industry leader has an immediate need for a Seasoned Sales and Tax Consultant on a part time basis. The client is looking for a part-time contractor to assist with state sales tax returns. The process generally starts the 11th business day of each month and runs through the 20th calendar day of each month. The client is looking for a consultant and expectations around work schedule will be 10 days per month. This role is very much task-based and deadline-driven so weekends may occasionally be required (or could be managed around by completing tasks faster or during extended weekday hours, for example). This Qualified candidate will have sales tax compliance experience. The role is expected to be 90% remote/10% in-office (this could obviously change with time). The position will be a member of a 6-person team and report to our Sales Tax Manager.
